mental & emotional health resources

There are seasons where some of us struggle mentally & emotionally and we need specific help for those needs. Because Jesus Christ created us, He knows exactly what we need and provides for those needs. And so we know that He provides the answers and healing by His Word, His Spirit, and by using people that can specifically minister to those mental and emotional needs. Below are resources to help with those struggles. Please know that along with getting extra help through difficult seasons, your pastor and elders are there to walk alongside you and in conjunction with the extra resources you incorporate on your journey of healing.
